If you ever get involved in an accident, please observe the followings. Do not settle the matter privately, and make sure to report the accident to the police.

1. Administer first aid to injured persons
Administer any first aid that you can if there are any injured persons. In this event, avoid moving the injured party unless necessary.
2. Move the vehicle to a safe location
Move the vehicle to a safe location to prevent further damage. On expressways where it is difficult to move the vehicle, keep it safe by using warning triangles and flares.
3. Report the accident to the police
Make sure to report the accident to the police (Number: 110).
4. Confirm the identity of the other party
If another party is involved in the accident, make sure to get the following details:
- Location of the accident
- The other party’s name and contact information

Non-Operation Charge (NOC)
In the event that the customer causes an accident, which requires repairs to be made to the vehicle, NOC is the payable sum when the customers is charged a portion of the costs involved in the loss of revenue during the period of repair when the vehicle cannot be used. A fixed sum will be charged in accordance with the vehicle class or model, regardless of the amount of damage and length of the repair period.
